Variable-Rate Application in Three Steps
Prescription Map
In the mobile app, a variable-rate fertilizer prescription is created for the field from satellite/biomass-based crop growth maps. The system calculates the total fertilizer amount automatically.
Field Application
The prescription is transferred to the machine. The ECU and linear actuators adjust the discharge gates instantly according to tractor speed and position; each zone receives its targeted amount.
Tracking & Reporting
The application is tracked in real time; distribution stops automatically when leaving the field. All data, maps and prescriptions are stored in the web/mobile app.

Minimum tractor power values are recommendations; the final value should be confirmed based on the selected disc set, fertilizer type and field conditions. Working width is 10β36 m on all models; applicable disc sets: DT 10-16 / DT 18-24 / DT 24-36. Common hardware: tarp cover opening to 2/3, dual slide-gate discharge unit (CGSA Pro), dual mudguards and parking wheels, interchangeable disc set, stainless cast components.
